Darren Cook (died May 7, 2006) is a comedian and the younger brother of Dane Cook. Some, like Mother 13's Corey Harris, consider Darren funnier than his more popular brother.

Cook was part of the ill-fated 2006 concert atop Mount Everest, where he was booked to perform a warm-up set for acts like Mother 13 and The Polyphonic Spree. Cook's performance was impaired by the harsh Mount Everest climate, and, half-way through a MILF joke, he succumbed to the cold and died.

Shortly thereafter, E Street Band saxophone player Clarence Clemons, driven to "snow madness", began to feed on Cook's body. Both Cook and Clemons were buried in the ensuing avalanche.
